Exactly how does Settlement work on a Promissory Note?
Settlement works through Escrow but always. We have our own Escrow Service where all literature paperwork, funds, and signatures will always be prepared/ performed through Escrow, a neutral 3rd party governmental entity. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise…. Would you have or lets say you are already comfortable with an Escrow Company Agency of preference, we would and will hire that same Escrow Company, and that same Escrow Officer!! Escrow pays you the Note Seller of what the estimate was offered. We hire Escrow, we give them your estimate, and then they pay you that same estimate in return, and that’s how it works, always through Escrow but always remember that. Then you give your original documents to Escrow and sign them over, and they give it to us… Thank you..
